This 5 bedroom home has 2 King suites, bedroom 3 has a full bed with private bath, the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and the last room has two full beds. There is also a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway. Each floor has elevator access. Off street parking for multiple cars. Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Located within walking distance to restaurants/bars and Surfside pier.

House Rules
Minimum age to book is 25. No parties or events. This is a family neighborhood environment. No underage drinking. No animals. Please lock doors and pool gate when leaving the property. There is no lifeguard on the property for the pool. Do not leave children unattended. Please return beach items to the outdoor storage closet when checking out so others can enjoy them. Please remove trash and recycling from home and place in appropriate bins outside.

This home is steps to the beach, there is also a playground for the kids a short walk away or you can walk down to the pier. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area and attractions to enjoy.

There is private parking on the premises for your personal/rental car and many people rent from the many golf cart rental businesses in the area. Our property allows room for 4-5 vehicles with covered parking for two vehicles.
